  • Where is the Spa located?

    Joshua rents a room in a spa located in College Park. Scheduling and monetary transactions go directly through Joshua.

  • How may I pay for my treatments.

    Joshua accepts CASH, Zelle, or Venmo. Credit cards are not accepted at this time. All payments are settled directly with Joshua and at the end of the service.

  • How early should I arrive for my appointment?

    Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment start time. This allows for a smooth check-in, a tour of the amenities, and a stress-free transition into your treatment. Late arrival will receive the remaining time scheduled and can not be extended. Guest is responsible for the full price of the service.

  • May I leave a gratuity for Joshua?

    While gratuity is not expected, it is appreciated. A gratuity is your way of showing appreciation for an exceptional service. A gratuity of 20% of the service value aligns with standard luxury spa etiquette.

  • What is the cancelation policy?

    Since Joshua reserves the room for the time of your service, a 24 hour notice is required. Any cancellations or changes to your service time incurs a 50% charge of the service.

  • What should I wear at the Spa?

    You can change out of your normal clothes and dress down to your comfort level directly in the treatment room. You may also arrive early to change into a robe and spa sandals, which are provided by the spa. Showers are available.
