I am Licensed Massage Therapist, Facial Specialist, Spa Educator, and Spa Leader. I began my hospitality career over 20 years ago while working as VIP Concierge for the Walt Disney World, Co. It was here at one of Disney’s 5 Star luxury resorts that I found my passion for providing exceptional service to guests and mastered my talents to provide the art of impeccable guest service. Combining my love of hospitality and healing, I became a massage therapist and graduated from the Florida College of Natural Health - A Steiner Group member with a Degree in Science and Natural Health with a Concentration in Massage Therapy and Spa Business.

My first spa I owned and operated was in Portland, Oregon. Mind & Soul Massage was a spa oasis located downtown in the heart of the City of Roses. In Orlando, I continued to grow my career by partnering with world renowned resorts and spas including Hilton’s Conrad Resort, Walt Disney World, Mandara Spa, Marriott Hotels, The Kessler Collection, and Renaissance Hotels. During my six wonderful years with ISM Spa (Innovative Spa Management) I not only provided massage and spa treatments but shared my talents as a spa educator to open new luxury resort spas in the Pacific North West and Orlando. While providing ongoing quality control training to several spa properties across the Florida and Georgia regions, I successfully held the title as Corporate Spa Manager overseeing the leadership development of Spa Managers at various 5-Star resort locations.

My ability to educate on brand & service protocol, develop employee engagement to increase retention, and build trusting partnerships with local businesses allows me to successfully achieve profitable revenue and create 5 Star spas.

My intuitive touch, attention to detail, and customer service skills has made me a leader in the spa industry and a sought after therapist.
