Joshua Arceneaux, Licensed Massage Therapist and Brand Educator began his hospitality career over 18 years ago while working as VIP Concierge for the Walt Disney World, Co. It was here at one of Disney’s 5 Star luxury resorts that Joshua found his passion for providing exceptional service to guests and mastered his talents to provide the art of impeccable guest service. Combining his love of hospitality and healing, Joshua became a massage therapist and graduated from the Florida College of Natural Health - A Steiner Group member with a Degree in Science and Natural Health with a Concentration in Massage Therapy and Spa.

Joshua’s first spa he owned and operated was in Portland, Oregon, a spa oasis located downtown in the heart of the City of Roses. In Orlando, Joshua continued to grow his career by consulting with world renowned spas including Walt Disney World, Mandara Spa, Marriott Hotels, The Kessler Collection, and Renaissance Hotels. During his six wonderful years with ISM Spa (Innovative Spa Management) he not only provided massage and spa treatments but offered his talents to open new resort spas as Spa Trainer, and successfully held the title as Corporate Spa Manager overseeing the leadership development of 4 Spa Managers at various resort locations.

Joshua’s ability to educate on brand & service protocol, develop employee engagement to increase retention, build trusting partnerships with local businesses, and his understanding of profitable business models allows him to successfully achieve profitable revenue and create 5 Star spas.

Joshua’s intuitive touch, attention to detail, and customer service skills has made Joshua a leader in the spa industry and a sought after therapist.

As a Massage Therapist Joshua specializes in hot stone therapy, reflexology, Swedish & deep tissue massages, body treatments, Lomi Lomi, and reiki. If you don’t know which treatment you need, Joshua will take the time to listen to your goals and determine the pressure, temperature, and massage style best suited for your experience.

“Being a massage therapist is just a job for some, but for me this industry is a calling.  ”
